Sponsors of the event are eligible to appear in the following promotional products :

1. 500 Poster's to be distributed national & internationally 30 days before the event.
2. Website Presence (depends on the sponsor level).
3. 1000 flyers to be distributed national & internationally 30 days before the event.
4. 60 Dozen Event T-Shirts.
5. Promotional spots in Local Radio, Newspaper & Television.
6. Promotional spots the day of the event done by event DJ.
7. 200 registration forms.
8. VIP Passes.
9. Sponsors are encouraged to take any type of promotional product to the event that will help them gain brand recognition. For example; inflatable figures, banners, tents, flags, ballons, shades, water bottles, etc.
